 As a mother, mentor, and servant leader, I understand the challenges parents face—whether navigating homeschooling, the public school system, or simply wanting their children to grow in confidence and strong character in today’s world.  My personal journey led me to serve others through feeding the homeless, mentoring at-risk youth, working in mental health settings, and creating healing-centered community initiatives.  

Today, I lead Arrows Leadership Academy microschool, a Christ-centered homeschool co-op and enrichment program helping children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually through mentorship, leadership development, homework support, and entrepreneurial skill-building.  My mission is simple: to help raise the next generation of confident leaders grounded in faith, character, and purpose.  Because when children are supported, equipped, and believed in, they don’t just survive—they thrive!

 Imani's mission is simple yet powerful: to build stronger, more resilient youth in our communities by addressing the interconnected needs of people and businesses at the root. Through a holistic, two-fold approach, she empowers the youth and minority entrepreneurs to expand their reach while simultaneously supporting families as a whole to overcome mental barriers and to gain stability and success. 

What sets Imani Barmore apart is her commitment to sustained impact in the underserved communities. As a domestic violence survivor, QMHP, and community activists with a double master's degree, Imani doesn’t just provide one-time assistance—she cultivates long-term relationships and support systems that generate ongoing growth, healing, and transformation for the betterment of the world.

We exist to create a safe, faith-filled space where youth navigating life’s challenges can heal, discover their identity in Christ, and grow academically, socially, spiritually, and emotionally. We are committed to walking alongside each student with compassion, mentorship, and support, helping them overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Our mission is to equip students as arrows whose sharp, steady, and ready to impact the world.

Our academy is uniquely designed for youth navigating life’s challenges, combining trauma-informed care, Christ-centered identity development, and real-world leadership training in a way traditional schools and most alternative programs do not. Unlike systems that focus only on behavior correction or academics, Arrows Leadership Academy addresses the root—healing, identity, and purpose—so each student feels seen, supported, and truly valued as they grow into who they were created to be and step confidently into a future filled with hope, purpose, and opportunity.
