Arrows offer Homeschool Co-op Program, Continuous Learning Day, Reset Alternative Program, and Saturday Girls L.I.T Movement. The beginning and start times all varies.
A typical day at Arrows looks like discipleship and leadership building the first 30 minutes of the day at 10am, followed by a 3-hour learning block online from 10:30am to 1:30pm with multiple mental and group engaging breaks in between. The last 2 hours of the school day from 1:30pm to 3:30pm consist of alternating extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities such as life skills, culinary arts, trading & coding skills, workforce development, arts & crafts, entrepreneurial skills, and etc.
Arrows Leadership Academy is a faith based homeschool support and leadership-development program serving independently homeschooled students. Parents remain responsible for their children's home instruction and educational compliance. Arrows provides supplemental academic support, leadership development, mentorship, enrichment, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and real-world learning experiences. Arrows also host after school programs/events with trusted community partners.
A homeschool co-op is a community where homeschooling families and trusted community partners come together to share learning experiences, resources, support, and real-world opportunities.
Arrows homeschool co-op is open from 10am-3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in Suffolk, Virginia. We are closed every Wednesday. Our Reset Alternative Program is held within the Hampton Roads area. The Continuous Learning Program requires registration and location varies, but is currently on hold for now.
Arrows Leadership Academy currently serves ages 10–16 and grades 6–10. Saturday teen pod which is ages 9-14 and the Reset Alternative Program is ages 11-18.
The cost depends on students being enrolled from 2-4 days a week. If student is enrolled for 4 days a week then the tuition annually would be $2500. Siblings discounts are offered as well.
Families select the homeschool curriculum or online learning platform that fits their educational approach. Arrows is willing to help assist in this area and will provide facilitation, academic support, enrichment activities, and youth earn and learn opportunities.
Students participate in a focused three-hour academic learning block, with additional leadership and enrichment opportunities afterwards, depending on the program.
We combine academic support with leadership development, character, faith based discipleship, real-world skills, mentorship, and purpose.
Arrows Leadership Academy conducts trauma informed support as needed and focused on discipleship & discipline through our Reset Alternative Program for at risk youth.
